At Provisinu, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs
- For customer-initiated returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
